Ex 1 & Ex 2 drop by 1 rep each set. Shuttle Runs go up by 1

Set 1 Ex 1 x10 reps, Ex 2 x10 reps, 1 Shuttle Run

Set 2 Ex 1 x9 reps, Ex 2 x9 reps, 2 Shutle Runs

Set 3 Ex 1 x8 reps, Ex 2 x8reps, 3 Shuttle Runs
