5 rounds for each set. 

Set 1. 10 Push ups - every minute on the minute.

Set 2. 10 Sit Ups - every minute on the minute.

Set 3. 15 Jump Squats - every minute on the minute.

Set 4. 5 Burpees - every minute on the minute.

 

Make sure you rest during the leftover time from each minute.
